Meet Destiny, our founder.

Lash Destination was created in Los Angeles by Destiny Will, a beauty entrepreneur with a passion for helping women feel confident while creating more opportunities for beauty professionals.

What began as a hands-on lash service business grew from Destiny's real experience working directly with clients, learning what they wanted, and seeing the challenges they faced when trying to find reliable, personalized beauty services. At the same time, she saw talented beauty professionals struggling with inconsistent bookings, limited resources, and a lack of support for growing sustainable careers. That experience became the foundation of Lash Destination.

Today, we're building more than a lash brand. Lash Destination combines custom lash services, memberships, professional lash products, DIY lash kits, beauty education, and AI-assisted lash recommendations to create a personalized beauty experience both online and in person.

Our mission is simple: create confidence for the customer and opportunity for the beauty professional.

Destiny's vision is to continue expanding Lash Destination through commercials, affiliate programs, e-commerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, retail partnerships, the Lash Destination Academy, workforce development, and eventually a brick-and-mortar beauty destination where customers can receive services while beauty professionals can learn, work, earn, and grow.
